The terms that govern use of this website and orders placed on it.
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place on it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the consent of a parent or guardian, and able to form a binding contract under Pakistani law.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch it — an order confirmation email or SMS is an acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, the address or phone number cannot be verified, a pricing error has occurred, or where an account shows a pattern of refused COD deliveries. Any amount already paid on a cancelled order is refunded in full.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in PKR and may change without notice, but changes never affect an order already confirmed. Despite our best efforts, listings may occasionally contain a pricing or description error; where an error is obvious, we may cancel the affected order and refund it rather than fulfil it.
Product images are indicative. Packaging, label design, and batch details may vary from the photographs shown.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer as described on our Payment Methods page. Title to the goods passes to you on full payment; risk passes on delivery.
Delivery
Delivery timelines on our Shipping Information page are courier estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Returns
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Product use and claims
Our products are cosmetic hair care preparations. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including hair loss and scalp disease.
Read the label before use, patch-test before first full use, and discontinue immediately if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a diagnosed scalp condition, consult a doctor first. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only; avoid contact with eyes.
Results vary between individuals. Any before-and-after images or testimonials show individual experiences and are not a promise of the same outcome.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of promotions, or repeated refused deliveries.
Promotions and coupons
Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated, hold no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes obtained through misuse or resale are void.
Reviews and submissions
Reviews you post must be your genuine experience. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, promotional, or unlawful, and you grant us a licence to display and reproduce submitted content in connection with our products.
Intellectual property
The HERBYZEE name, logo, product photography, formulations, and site content are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, resell, or use them commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, attempt unauthorised access, or resell our products as an unauthorised reseller.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Third-party links
Where the site links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
