Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery & Bank Transfer

We accept two payment methods. Both are selected at checkout, and all prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) inclusive of applicable taxes.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Nothing is charged upfront.

Available across the cities we deliver to nationwide.
A COD service charge may apply and is shown on the checkout summary before you confirm.
Every COD order is verified by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch — please keep your number reachable.
Keep the exact amount ready where possible; couriers do not always carry change.
You may inspect the outer packaging before paying. If it is visibly damaged or already opened, refuse delivery and tell us the same day.
Opening and using the product is not permitted before payment — see our Refund & Exchange Policy for what happens after delivery.

COD refunds

Because no card or gateway transaction exists, approved COD refunds are paid out by bank transfer. We will ask for your account title, account number or IBAN, and bank name.

Bank Transfer

Pay in advance by online transfer, mobile wallet transfer, or an over-the-counter deposit at the branch.

Our account details are shown at checkout after you select Bank Transfer, and are repeated in your order confirmation.
Transfer the exact order total. A short payment holds the order until the balance is received.
Upload your payment proof — a screenshot, transaction ID, or deposit slip — against the order.
We verify received payments during working hours, normally within one working day.
Your order is dispatched once payment is matched. Unpaid bank transfer orders are cancelled automatically after 48 hours to release the stock.

Bank transfer refunds

Approved refunds go back to the same account the payment came from, within 7 to 10 working days of approval.

Payment security

We never ask for your ATM PIN, card CVV, full card number, OTP, or online banking password. Anyone requesting these while claiming to be from HERBYZEE is not us — do not share them, and report the contact to us immediately.

Confirm bank details only from our checkout page or your order confirmation. Verify any account details sent to you by message against those sources before transferring.

Pricing and currency

All prices are in PKR. Shipping charges and any COD service charge are shown on the checkout summary before you confirm the order. There are no hidden charges added after checkout.

Card and online payments

We do not currently accept debit cards, credit cards, or payment gateways. If this changes, this page will be updated and the option will appear at checkout.
